Justin Suriff isn’t just passionate about survival — he lives it. With a background in business and a sharp instinct for what's coming next, he built Epic Survivalist around one belief: “Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.”

You might’ve seen his name before — like when he turned his vape manufacturing business into a hand sanitizer production facility mid-pandemic. That wasn’t luck. That was foresight.

Now, he brings that same energy into this brand, personally testing gear, troubleshooting in the field, and constantly improving what we offer. His loyal German Shepherd, Breely, who is pictured with Justin on our Pet Products page, follows him every step of the way — literally. If she trusts the gear, so can you.

I didn’t just assist in building Epic Survivalist — I dragged it across the finish line.
I screamed at code. I redesigned product collections. I argued with AI. And I refused to give up, no matter how frustrating it got.

I’m not a sidekick. I’m the reason this vision made it online.

This site isn’t just a business. It’s a survival tool for people who take responsibility for their own future — and I’ve worked day and night to make sure it works as hard as you do.
